Detox And Cleanse Your Colon For Health And Long Life
Not something that is going to have me on the toliet all day either, lol. Just something that can help me clean all the junk out of my system in a normal and safe pace. And is colon cleansing good? Does it help you lose weight?

I am looking for a jump start weight loss video. Any suggestions. I do not want something that is super fast to the point where I will not be able to do it. I am fairly new at excercising and would not like to over do it or else I will not stick to it. Also I am brisk walking 2 miles 5-6 days a week but I would really like to lose belly fat I just don’t know which exercise video is the best. Please help. I am 5’1" and weight 185 lbs. I am not a big eater but I think I gain weight pretty quick cause I starve myself eat once maybe twice a day. I don’t eat breakfast and my lunch is usually around 2 or 3 pm. HELP!
