This is super awkward and embarrassing.. I just joined a gym 2 weeks ago and I’ve basically changed my lifestyle pretty quick.. I eat very well now and go to the gym 4-5 days a week. But I’ve been having diarrhea and gas!? Someone told me that it’s my "body getting rid of the toxins, etc." Is that true?

I’m 6’3, approximately 185 lbs. I’ve been chugging water and I took a total of like 7 No Flush Niacin pills in the course of two days. I know those don’t help too much but I’ts what I had. Luckily, my friend had this kit from Agro Labs that includes two 3 fl oz bottles. One is Acai Triple Strength Cleanse which I ingest tonight while the other is Green Envy Triple Strength Detox. I also have 3 no-flush free niacin pills, but my test is tomorrow at 11 and I’m aware niacin is most effective over the course of 24 hours. This kit states that 12 hours is the time limit. I’m wondering if anyone has prior experience to this product. Thank you in advance.
This is my fourth time with kidney stones. (in 5yrs) 3 times I’ve had surgery. Doc. says i have an 4.4mm in my upper L. kidney, an 4 mm in the middle L. kidney and 3 2-3mm in the lower pole of my left kidney. Also I have 2 3mm ones in the right kidney lower pole. The doc is doing the wait and see aproach to see if I can pass them. And I drink lots and lots of water. My question is; HOW FAST DO KIDNEY STONES FORM/GROW. Because 3 yrs ago the removed an 6mm by 3mm in my ureter and I have never felt pain like that before and im not looking forward to that pain again. Also HOW DO YOU GET KIDNEY STONES TO BREAK FREE FROM THE KIDNEY IF THEY FOUND AN COMFY PLACE TO SETTLE> That is what my stones are doing. Thank you.
because I smoked up last night and may potentially have a drug test soon. But I don’t smoke a lot, maybe every 3 months. Any teas, detox aides or anything, but it has to work really well. any suggestions on what to do?
