Anybody who has IBS and travels very often?

I love to travel but recently I have stopped my travel plans because IBS was messing with me. I am looking for tips regarding traveling with IBS because I am going to Korea next year for a year.

Go see a gastroenterologist. My doctor prescribed me medication for my IBS. I believe the brand name of it is Librax. It’s a form of muscle relaxer that will relax your intestines and stop the spasms that will calm IBS attacks. It’s also anti-anxiety since stress is a major IBS trigger. When I take them regularly, it’s like a miracle drug.
