The ONLY way to lose body fat is to burn more calories than you consume. This does not mean starving yourself. This means that you need to eat in moderation and exercise every day. There are no fast ways to lose weight–losing weight always takes time. Exercise helps you look better AND feel better, though, so it’s usually a pleasant journey once you get into it.
So: do not overeat. Stop eating when you are full. Exercise for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. And in a few months, you will have lost that fat.
Work out.
