BELLY fat???
I was on a diet and i lost all of that weight that was bothering me. My belly is smaller but i still have belly fat. Why??? I’ve tried all kinds of exercises but it’s not working. What should i do??? I was thinking about a liposuction. My friends and family keep telling me that i look good, but i really don’t like how my belly looks right now. Please help me. Thanks

Well done on reaching the stage you have. Belly fat is difficult to tone but with the right exercises and plenty of cardio each week, you should reach your goal soon and like the way your tummy looks. here are some suggestions for you to get started on.

try cutting down your calories and eating things with barely any fat in them, and do that for a couple of weeks.
you may need to tone up your stomach so do sit ups and crunches everyday and it will soon tone up.
Hell D. The first place you gain fat will be the last place you lose fat.

Sorry, I am trying to loose all my exess fat! Can you tell me the diet you where on! I need to loose 20 kilos (44lbs).
Try no carbs for a few weeks, that will usually help
