I have Irritable Bowel Sydrome, as well as high stomach acid. I find it very difficult to find foods to eat that don’t upset my stomach. If i eat fruit on an empty stomach im sick, if i eat toast with peanut butter i get pains, and if i eat bacon, eggs, or anything unhealthy for breakfast my IBS is bad all day. After every meal i just have pains and nausea. I have no idea what to eat when most of the trigger foods are very common foods.

I’m looking for a water filtration solution that works as well as water distilliation — a single unit or multiple units that remove *EVERYTHING* from the water.

I have inquired Polar Bear distillers about whether their systems could be used on a whole house and they told me that they could not — is this true? Couldn’t multiple distillers, or distillers linked to larger storage tanks be used together?

What are some of the products out there and how can these products be installed and/or linked together? Can you use a softener, a Reverse-Osmosis and a UV filter all at once, for instance? Are there systems that do all of this without having to "chain" them together?

Please do not let cost considerations inhibit replies — I would like to know about systems in all price ranges. Thank you!

I have been dieting for about 2 weeks and things are going slow. Mostly because I am doing it healthy. I need a jump start and have been doing a bunch of research on the lemonade diet. I know its not exactly healthy. I don’t need anyone to tell me that on here. I just want to know real people did lose weight. I have heard that one should drink water all day which is boiled and nothing to eat except drinking water all day – does one have to add salt or sugar to it? I heard kidney stones are just like blocks of calcium and I’m planning to go into the Air Force and be a pilot and if you get kidney stones then you can’t fly!!! Does this increase your chance?

For the past couple months I have turned my life around and lost 30 pounds from eating well and exercise. This past week i went on vacation and ate a lot of junk food and did not exercise at all. I am currently taking macrogol [not daily] and it DOES make me defecate fully but I know it’s probably damaging for the bowel especially a wrinkled up state of a bowel which mine likely is.

Can you give me suggestions for a good cleanser for a slow transit colon?
If I don’t clear it all out the tapeworm/s will take over [I see bits in stool and can't tell if it's food stuff or worm segments but I guess it's the latter] like some B-Movie or SciFi Horror film.
I also should probably take it to shrink my megacolon back to size. I still have a distended abdomen despite having gone nearly every 2-3 days. [I never go daily] and am very concerned I will develop TOXIC megacolon if I don’t have that already…

I had a quite dreadful experience with a colonic cleanser but, it has to be done.

I have a 2.5 mm kidney stone (had an IVP 2 days ago) which at the moment seems to be under control with oral naproxen, yet I am having pain in the other kidney too. Is this a usual occurrence? Also, with the size of this stone, is it likely that I will be in the extreme pain that I keep hearing about for larger stones once it moves out of the kidney? Thanks!

I have been reading ‘Acne free in 3 days" and it says should do an apple fast. Part of it is to do an enema, but I can’t get equipment anytime soon (don’t ask why). So how can I cleanse my bowel system? (I can only eat apples, drink water and green tea for 3 days.
