My co-workers are going on a detox diet where they are eating only fruits and veggies for three days…then regular dieting for two, so on and so forth. No meat at all and drinking water/pure veggie or fruit juice.
Is this safe?? I’m thinking about going on it with them cause I certainly could lose some weight…I’m just not sure how I feel about shocking my body like that! Please let me know your opinions/experiences with detox diet or any diet that may have worked for you! Thanks! :-)
