hi..i had a similar problem just recently..it was so bad that i went to a dr. he told me i wasn’t eating 3 meals a day & needed to add more fiber to my diet. he was actually right ..i don’t really like to cook, & basicly have never eaten 3 solid meals a day in my life ..it never mattered before but….my age (39)…& a bout of the current FLU —or FOOD POISONING from a fast food resturaunt i had went to…—-brought it all home -into 1 big problem i HAD to fix. also..regaurdless of your sex…not eating 3 meals a day..(or something every 3 hours) can cause a hormone DIP, an increase in estrogen —that can send the body into a major havock—causing a list of unbelievable symptoms. it took me 1 MONTH & A HALF— to get ‘normal’ again. SOOOO>>>>in the meantime, prepare fruits & dark green veggies keep food in the fridge ready to eat.GET INTO FOOD IN A BIG WAY & cooking, always keep 1/2 sandwiches around in containers etc.take food with you wherever you go…to control your symptoms… take 2 fiber choice tablets a day (they taste good) to control the diarrhea… use glycerin tabs for the constipation. get a really good multivitamin (the one with the longest list) from the mall or gnc. GATORADE & banannas is what the dr. said to also eat & drink for the dehydration, & loss of potassium due to diarrhea. good luck ….& hope you get well soon…..bye

bran flakes bananas and fruit in general
a low fat diet will help burgers etc can cause problems
