Does the "lemonade" diet work?
So, I want to try the lemonade diet to lose weight fast and effectively. I don’t want to just stick to all lemonade all the time, and I think that’s unhealthy. So, I would also drink fruit juices, and vegetable juices and soups. I would only stay on it for 10 days. Has anybody tried this diet? Does it work?

Simply put, no.
Most diets like that are not very good, and staying on a diet for 10 days will not help you very much since the weight has a tendency to return. If you want to lose weight effectively, try combining good eating habits with running 2-3 miles a day. It isn’t as quick as crash dieting, but it will benefit you significantly more and doesn’t pose near the amount of health risks as crash diets do. A friend of mine ran 3-4 miles a day 6 out of 7 days a week and in two and a half months he lost about 35 lbs…(2.5 months). Don’t simply cut your food intake as with the lemonade diet you suggested. More often than not, your body will slow itself down as the intake of nutrition slows, and as such your body’s metabolism will suffer. Trying to eat several smaller and proportional meals more closely spaced is a good way to keep up your metabolism, and thereby effectively burning more calories than by simply reducing your daily intake. Hope this helps =)
It is possible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as fast. The only method that clearly showed results for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I shed thrity pounds, it clearly does work!
