Does the Master cleanse “lemonade diet” work?
Ive already lost about 15 lbs in 5weeks with diet and excersise, but ive seemed to hit a wall in my weightloss! Im leaning towards trying the master cleanse. Has anyone tried it out and would you recommend it? Also, if you know the directions for the diet.

Weight loss is best accomplished with body composition changes in your favor. Ie: You want to lose fat and gain lean muscle mass!
Therefore, I recommend against the Master Cleanse as I read that there is the possibility of muscle loss, since your body will start feeding upon itself to lean out (which will likely mean it’ll burn fat and muscle).

Don’t try the Master Cleanse Diet. It may work temporarily, but it messes up your metabolism and cause you major weight problems down the line. Rather stick to a healthy diet. You may just have reached a plateau, in which case you need patience. I am on my 3rd day, and I already lost 3 pounds. It will definitely make you loose weight, but I dont know if it would be permanent. Some people were able to keep it off, while others couldnt. I guess it really depends on your lifestyle. But seeing that you also exercised and dieted, im sure you can keep it off. good luck
