I may need to take a drug test! I smoked marijuana 3 weeks ago when on a vacation. Prior to that, extremely light usage. How many days should I wait??? Do you think im in the clear yet? Every since i’ve been drinking loads of cranberry juice

The method of ridding the body of toxins and waste is known as a detox or detoxification. There are many different kinds of detox programs and some of them target specific organs such as the liver or the gall bladder.
A cleansing body detox is a great way to feel better and more rejuvenated. You can feel more energy, lose weight and cleanse the tissues and organs as well as give your digestive system a cleansing.
One of the most well known detoxing methods is the master cleanse otherwise known as the lemonade diet. It is basically a 10 day fasting during which you drink only fresh water with lemon juice, a small amount of pure maple syrup and a dash of cayenne pepper.
Many people have enjoyed the benefits of such a cleanse and you can too, provided you make sure you have checked with your physician or doctor to see if you have any precautions in doing so.
The health benefits are tremendous as you can rid the body of accumulated waste from the tissues and organs as well as the blood stream. We are bombarding our bodies with sugar, fats, alcohol, cigarettes, coffee and other harmful chemicals and products. Even if we do not drink alcohol or smoke, we are eating foods which might be de-natured or filled with fats and sugars and need to go on a fasting diet or a cleansing diet to get rid of some of these destructive elements.
Then there is the traditional juice fasting which has been done by many thousands of people to help cleanse and rejuvenate the body. Fresh vegetables and fruits are juiced in a juicer which separates the juice from the pulp and cellulose. A typical juice might be made from greens such as kale, spinach and parsley and a hand full of sprouts along with maybe a lemon and some ginger for punch. The lemon makes the juice even healthier and the ginger is anti viral and has healing properties as well.
But aside from maybe adding an apple or pear to a vegetable juice, keep the fruits and vegetables separate when making juices. Avoid the citrus juices and fruits.
A water fast is just fasting with only water being drunk. This allows for a real rest of the digestive system allowing for more toxins to be eliminated.
If you can, make sure to take a sauna, as a good sweat will help cleanse the skin and pores as well as get those toxins out of the body.
Some homeopathic and naturopathic physicians recommend detox kits with drops that you can take that help cleanse and eliminate toxins. Even women can notice that their cellulite starts to disappear when they clean out the toxic materials from their body systems.

will be good , however the stuff remains in your system
for 30 years. and then you test a false positive or a
true negative .
Start drinking alot of water, and juices. If its been 3 weeks, its highly unlikely that marijuanna would register on a drug test. I suggest you drink 3-6 waters a day, and uriante as many time as possible. Your system should be flushed by then.
Um, don’t smoke marijuana PERIOD, and drink lots of Prune Juice and Cranberry Juice, then after drinking that (ONLY THAT with water here and there) for 5 days, then you can go back to your regular diet, but wait another 5 days after drinking that for 5 days.
NO you r not clear. you know how when you go to a job interview they always drug test you if they want to higher you. If that was the case they’d still find it. Drink water as well. I say wait about a week, just to be safe
you shouldnt be smoking marijuana any way and you should get caught as a positive!
Well one of my friends was smoking and I accidently let it slip to my parents. He went to a wedding and ended up drinking a ton of water. The next day he took the test and passed. So three weeks should be good cause he did it in 2 days.
its stored in the fat cells, so if you are skinny, three weeks should be sufficient. if not, you may need more, but just drink water til your peeing clear for days.

I’ve been told that it takes about 30 days for it to get out of your system. I know a couple people who drank a lot of water hoping to dilute their urine enough to get a negative result…here’s what happened…they each got called back later for a retest because they now check to see if you’ve used a masking agent (sold in many head shops and health food stores) or if your urine is diluted. They consider diluted urine inconclusive and retest you without warning. The good thing for you is that you get to pick when you do your test. A lot of people don’t! Wait another 2 weeks just to be safe…and then don’t smoke again until after you know your results.
