What are some FUN and INTERESTING ways to get flat abs fast? Like, in a month or so? Besides dieting…
FUN AND INTERESTING, NOT JUST CRUNCHES, OR SIT-UPS… BORING!

Crunches, you will feel some differ in a week and see a differ in 2 weeks!
I agree with the first answer….I read about a specific type of crunches where you sit on a stool, bench, or backless chair and lean back, then sit up punching out with your right fist, then repeat and punch with your left fist, then repeat maybe 15-30 times. I like it….
do military style crunches…..guaranteed to work within 2 weeks and with a friend they can be fun…..just watch em in basic training and you know what I’m talking about

Well just eat more fruit drink about 8-9 bottled waters and work out about 3-5miles maybe try that

wat we do in dance is we do a crunch standing up and its really fun cuz it looks like a dance move!

Sex can be fun and interesting.

Crutchesw work really well…..do 4 sets of 100. It sounds hard but i do it every day and it is easy. You first do 4 sets of 25, to equal 100, take a break….then do 4 sets of 25 again and so on……you’re abs get flat and after a while crutches get easy!
try pilates classes they work on the abs and the butt
Crunches will help define the abs, but if they are covered in fat you will not see them. Try to burn off the fat with some type of aerobic activity. There are lots of fun things you can try…. soccer, hockey, basketball, running, swimming…. Also, i found that pilates really works the abs.
get into the pushup position and stay that way for one minute.
everybody has abs. jus the fat is on top of it. this position really works, it burns the fat on top of ur abs. do it everyday and u will see results instantly. i stoped cuz i got lazy.. i need to start doing it again. ha! =]
