Flat abs..?
hi.. im 15 years old, 5’7, and 135 lbs.
i’m not fat by any means, but i do have pretty big thighs and some fat on my stomach. what are some excersises i could do to reduce the fat on my thighs, and burn fat of my stomach? also, i just read in a magazine that not everyone can have flat abs. is this true? i hope not, but i want to know for sure anyways!

walking thins your thighs. everyone has abs, you just have to break through the I can’t remember it its tissue or fat to get to it.
run every morning and eat healthy…
don’t eat before bed even if you’re starving,,

there are good work outs for abs on on demand if you have comcast … a good leg work out is bootylicious buns.. it says its for your butt but it kills my legs. hah i am in like the same situation as you ;p
