As a disclaimer, I am not a doctor or medical expert and in no way am I suggesting that anyone reading this should self-diagnose or start a detox program on their own without first consulting their doctor or medical practitioner.
The following is meant for information purposes only and is not meant to diagnose or recommend treatment to anyone. You should use caution when embarking upon any diet change, cleansing or detoxification program and you do so at your own risk.
With that said, the following is just my personal experience and recommendations of others who have dealt with the subject of detox and body cleansing. As a matter of fact, many thousands and perhaps millions of people before you have successfully rid themselves of harmful toxins and helped them improve their health through a proper detox.
The method of ridding the body of toxins and waste is known as a detox or detoxification. There are many different kinds of detox programs and some of them target specific organs such as the liver or the gall bladder.
A cleansing body detox is a great way to feel better and more rejuvenated. You can feel more energy, lose weight and cleanse the tissues and organs as well as give your digestive system a cleansing.
One of the most well known detoxing methods is the master cleanse otherwise known as the lemonade diet. It is basically a 10 day fasting during which you drink only fresh water with lemon juice, a small amount of pure maple syrup and a dash of cayenne pepper.
Many people have enjoyed the benefits of such a cleanse and you can too, provided you make sure you have checked with your physician or doctor to see if you have any precautions in doing so.
The health benefits are tremendous as you can rid the body of accumulated waste from the tissues and organs as well as the blood stream. We are bombarding our bodies with sugar, fats, alcohol, cigarettes, coffee and other harmful chemicals and products. Even if we do not drink alcohol or smoke, we are eating foods which might be de-natured or filled with fats and sugars and need to go on a fasting diet or a cleansing diet to get rid of some of these destructive elements.
Then there is the traditional juice fasting which has been done by many thousands of people to help cleanse and rejuvenate the body. Fresh vegetables and fruits are juiced in a juicer which separates the juice from the pulp and cellulose. A typical juice might be made from greens such as kale, spinach and parsley and a hand full of sprouts along with maybe a lemon and some ginger for punch. The lemon makes the juice even healthier and the ginger is anti viral and has healing properties as well.
But aside from maybe adding an apple or pear to a vegetable juice, keep the fruits and vegetables separate when making juices. Avoid the citrus juices and fruits.
A water fast is just fasting with only water being drunk. This allows for a real rest of the digestive system allowing for more toxins to be eliminated.
If you can, make sure to take a sauna, as a good sweat will help cleanse the skin and pores as well as get those toxins out of the body.
Some homeopathic and naturopathic physicians recommend detox kits with drops that you can take that help cleanse and eliminate toxins. Even women can notice that their cellulite starts to disappear when they clean out the toxic materials from their body systems.

No such thing. If there was, don’t you think everyone would be using it and gallbladder surgeons would be unemployed?
Think yourself lucky that you live in an age where such amazing things are possible.
nothing doing. There is no home remedy.
Hi.
There are some herbal teas that can help improve your liver function.
Though perhaps not enough to keep you from surgery if that’s what you are currently facing.
However, it doesn’t hurt to tell you that dandelion tea is an example of what you are looking for.
I hope this helps.
There is no quick fix over the counter drug or home remedy that will help your problem and a liver cleansing is absolutely useless under any circumstances. There are a lot of people out there making big money on nothing and all this cleansing stuff is a prime example.
If your gallbladder is bad, then it will need to be removed surgically. Today, this surgery is not nearly as bad as long ago and most of the time it can be done laproscopically which means they don’t have to cut you open. A bad gallbladder can cause some pretty serious problems especially if there are gallstones moving around. My mother had to be rushed into emergency surgery when one of those stones was going into the bile ducts leading to the liver. It turned into a life threatening problem and was quite serious.
A bad gallbladder can also be very painful and miserable to say the least. No one likes surgery, but sometimes we have to whether we like it or not. Don’t waste your time and money on any home remedies, cleansings, or miracle drugs that anyone tries to sell you. Go to a reliable surgeon and get your gallbladder removed if it’s bad. It won’t go away and will only get worse over time.
The gall bladder and liver are two completely different organs.
If you want to die, try the flushing method. If you want to live, talk to a licensed physician.
No, you cannot flush gallstones at all. Those are ingredients for a salad dressing.
If it were that easy, don’t you believe that American insurance companies would force patients to use that inexpensive cure instead of going through costly medical surgery? Guess what: there are no peer-reviewed medical studies to show the efficacy of gallstone flushing. It doesn’t work!
Cholecystectomy and ERCP are the only cures for gallstones. They are relatively safe and effective where called for. Some people can survive their entire lives with gallstones. It all depends upon your individual situation and diet.
See a real medical professional for proper advice.
I am a survivor of many medical procedures, including cholecycstectomy (gallbladder removal) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography or ERCP for short.

Never, EVER try to ‘flush’ gallstones. It can actually be dangerous, as the stuff you’re supposed to drink in those remedies irritates your gallbladder and can cause it to contract so much that stones are pushed into your bile duct, which can be life threatening.
Anything you passed after a gallbladder flush will not actually be stones but just lumps of solidified fat from the oil in the flush. All that nonsense about ‘liver cleansing’ and ‘gallstone flushes’ are just old wives’ tales. It’s physically impossible to ‘cleanse’ your gallbladder and also, your liver and your gallbladder are totally different organs. Cleansing your liver wouldn’t help you avoid gallbladder surgery or cure gallstones.
Gallbladder surgery is a relatively minor, keyhole procedure and extremely safe. You’d probably be home from hospital in less than 24 hours and back at work in less than two weeks. Have the surgery.
Think about it: most countries (not the US, obviously) but most other developed countries, including mine, provide nationalised healthcare. I’m about to have gallbladder surgery in a country where medical care is free. Do you really think that a National Health Service would spend millions of pounds on free gallbladder surgery every year for people like me if the problem could be cured with something as cheap and easy as a home remedy?
