second, go to a support group to help you become strong, against your addictions.
third, the only thing that worked for me was doing something i have never done before, star t a relationship with God. i always used to think i was spiritual, but when i really found God and had a real realtionship with Him it changed my life. all the in-patient and out-patient treatments i had gone through never helped, mainly cause i wasnt ready to change and didnt think i could! God helped me through it all and my support team!
