How can I get abs and a flat stomach?
What are some exersices to get a flat stomach and abs ?
Im almost to the flat stomach but i need abs!
what are some good healthy foods tooo?

i cant go to the gym… so i need exersices for indoors and out.
ps: does dancing help? and basketball?

dancing and basketball definitely help… interval training is perhaps the best way to lose weight. go outside and start running at a slow jog for 3 minutes, then a fast jog for 1 minute and keep repeating… until you feel your fit enough to increase the time at which you do the intervals… Also, 6-7 small meals a day will ensure you lose more weight, opposed to 3 meals a day! For the abs, losing fat will make them show more, however, what i do is go onto ‘youtube’ and search for ’7 minute abs’, click on the video and do exactly what they do… I do the video every day, but if i was you i would do it 3-4 times a week. hope i helped! and gd luck

i think dancing does help a lot because its not like a work out because you can have fun doing it and at the same time it burns fat
also swimming is very good because it uses most of the muscles in your body.

So keep up with those (or start them if you haven’t)
Just doing the regular exercise will help. Crunches/Sit ups etc.

Crunches and bicycles help tons. Not sure about basketball, but I know dancing and ballet help because you’re constantly relying on your abs for balance. For foods, just eat balanced meals and limit youself on sweets and fats.
Believe it or not, working other major muscle groups, helps you get a flat stomach. (like doing lunges and squats)
