train the abs everyother day for 5 – 10 mins
use more weight resistance
eat more vegetables and proteins
do your cardio a few times a week..
get a sit up bench out of argos for£19.99 and do 3 sets of 50 a day and build up when your comfy too,also when doing situps get dumbell weights to pull yourself up from when doing abs,iv done this and it works in weeks!! and it gives a brilliant result,just stick at it. good luck!
I have P90X, and if you just want the abs, the ab ripper is like 15 minutes long and it sucks A$$ but it will get you fast results, it works the whole core
