how can i get killer flat abs?
But I don’t want to lose a lot of weight. Maybe a pound or two, but as far as my weight I am satisfied. But I want my abs to flat and somewhat defined…but not like 1980 Arnold Schwarzenegger abs. So I want a workout plan (in addition, a diet plan wouldn’t be terrible) , hopefully from someone who is like a personal trainer at a gym or something…or just someone who knows what they’re talking about.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
crunches: lift only enough so your shoulders come off the ground.
sit ups: sit up all the way. and if your put your hands on your ears it makes better results.
hollow hold: lay flat on your back with arms by your ears and legs straight. lift your legs and shoulders off the ground about 2 inches. keep you back on the ground. hold.
hollow rocks: hollow hold, just rock onto your shoulders and feet.
v ups: hollow hold but bring your feet and hands together in the air. be sure your arms stay by your ears and dont touch the ground. now its just your butt on the gound. go back into your hollow hold. repeat this about 20 times.
plank: like the position before a pushup but on your elbows. squeeze your abs and but for best results. dont pike your body.
pushups: not only does it help your pecs and biceps but it helps your abs too. squeeze your abs to focus on them.
******** on all of these where you are on your back, keep your back on the ground!!!!!

Pilates are a great way to tone your abs. You can get the tapes at Walmart or at the local video store. They have ones specifically designed to tone your abs, too.
You can also look on Youtube for ab videos. They offer a lot of workout routines for abs on there.
