How can i loose 10 Ibs healthy but not slow?

im about 10Ibs over weight and my docter suggested for me to just eat right and exercise. But is there a quicker way to loose the weight without being unhealthy?

Well you have to exercise. I recommend for girls to do 100 situps a day (20 5 times a day). It’s helping me. I just eat a little less and only have one can of soda a week. I eat a little more healthy and chose filling foods such as almonds, apples, peanut butter, oatmeal, avocado, and eggs. I also if I can do more exercises such as walking riding my bike doing laps in the pool etc. But do not lift weights it’s unhealthy for young kids. Also do leg lifts. Simply lay on your side and lift your leg up and down 10 times then roll over and do the other leg.

I lost 30 lbs in a month by drinking 3 liters of water a day, Special K bar for lunch, yogurt for a snack, and whatever I wanted in moderation for dinner (not fried chicken or mac n chs type food). And don’t drink more than 3-4 diet sodas a week or eat after 8pm.
I didn’t workout, but I got more active, play soccer or basketball with your kids or the neighborhood kids. That’s all I did.
Plain and simple the answer is pretty much a big NO.
If you want to lose weight and make sure you keep it lost, you need to reduce your daily intake of calories by 15-20% of your daily needs and start with some cardio exercise.
This will at first create a small shortage of calories and with the increase of your metabolic rate (with exercise) that shortage will increase and you will lose weight.
The result will not come slow, or fast it will come at a healthy rate your body is used too. (remember when you gained weight you ate more calories then you needed and you gained weight over time and not instantly the same goes for losing weight, you will not lose it instantly).
Everybody reading this that is overweight and is looking for a quick fix, needs to know that beyond chopping of your legs there is no way to lose a significant amount of weight very fast. You need to remember that you did not gain that weight in 1 week and you will not lose it in 1 week, get that in your head, forget about quick fixes, radical solutions or any other type of bullcrap. Calculate your daily calorie needs, lower your daily intake by 15-20% and add cardio workouts to your way of life. Start putting the work in!
