As for strong muscles and subtle abs, that is very difficult for girls to get, but plenty of sit-ups and other ab exercises like leg lifts should work after a while. I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll get a growth spurt at some point, depending when your parents got theirs and how tall they are.</description>
