how do i get flat abs in a month?
ok.. i had a c section about 6 months ago from by baby…(he was stuck in my cervix) well ive been doing crunches but i dnt see much of a difference like before i was pregnant! i was in good conditions and NOW! everything i use to do is just not doing it! some one please tell me how can i make this work and get flat abs asap!

first ! you can do a zillion crunches but you must change you eating habits , i`m sure you know eat healthy lots of water thats stuff , then what i recommend is getting a body toner which usually is cream but makes you look thinner , and go on youtube and search ab toning exercises they help so much and there only for a few minutes a day , another thing which i found helped A LOT is check every calorie that goes into your body and eat slower you`ll be amazed how full you get so easily .

try doing crunches on an exercise ball, and cardio like jump rope.
It is all about cardio
one month is very short to get back to shape…
continue exercicing and in about 3 months you will be lucky to get back
do lots of push ups.. those really help the belly
and lie down with your feet couple of inches avove the ground and hold them or move them up and down slowly.. (it’s great in exercising the stomach muscles..
100 set ups every day plus a good firming cream, I did and worked
