Depending on what you want to cleanse, if you want to be clean for a drug screening go with biotin. About 1 capsule, about 4-5 times a day with at LEAST one 8oz. glass of water with each and plenty of water between. I don’t believe there’s one beverage you can drink to magically cleanse your body. Detoxing is somewhat like a fast (actually the whole idea of detoxing is based on fasting), which means you will have to alter your entire diet for a short period of time. Try consuming raw, vegetable foods for several days, or try living off of green smoothies for 2,3 days to see how your body deals with this. Eating mostly raw plant-foods can do wonders for your health.
