I’m 16, 5’4 and about 95 pounds — quite thin — but I’m not particularly in shape. My stomache isn’t as flat as I would like it to be. It isn’t all flabby or mushy or anything. But it’s just slightly rounded instead of being flat. I plan on doing the bicycle maneuver and sit ups on an exercise ball. I’m wondering about how long it will be before my stomache is nice and flat. Thanks!
