how much does it cost to go for gastro-intestinal treatment in India?

I am from Bangladesh.I have some seroius gastro-intestinal problems.I want to go to India for better treatment.How much it will cost including transport fee,cabin rent,doctor’s fee,medical tests and surgery[if needed]?
