What is the proper prosee to detox and cleans your body what products to use . After how do you keep your body cleanesed and what are the best things to eat and drink to keep your body healthy colen and all? I would go to a vitamin store and talk to someone with lots of knowledge on detox and they can tell about the good products they have. I did a twenty one day detox and used cleanse your colon and ate all green veggies and lost 20 pounds.Also did a fruit smoothie in the morning with soy protein powder.Worked great for me.
I also did talk to my doctor before hand and took the proper supplements for my body.ALSO DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

Is all in your head and how much you want to change. I used to hussle and got hooked on cocaine. I leterally guit my job, pack mybags and went to a place where I know nobody. Two weeks before that I stopped using cocaine. Is bee a year. I’ve done all on my own. Is good to exercise. I was very weak at first build strenght up little by little. The hardest oragan to exercise was the heart. Too muck abuse on it. By running little by little I manage to meke it stronger. I’m almost up to 4 miles.
So, will and exercise and if you can, move away from all the negative factors in your life
The BEST thing to do is every morning have a luke warm water with lemon squeezed in , have it first thing in the morning before anything.

Your body naturally cleanses itself. Try fasting for 3 days straight. Drink only water. It is best to do this while camping. TV, radio, print ads, food at home will make you want to eat. I did this one time in the california mountains and it was one of the best things i ever did in my life. I came back 10 pounds lighter and felt physically and spirtiually healed. I wrote about my life and what i wanted to do with it. Without the destractions of society I was able to hear my inner thoughts. I know this is very difficult to achieve. I have been wanting to do it again but cannot find the time and being at home makes it impossible to not eat for 3 days. There are ways to cleanse yourself in about 24 hours but you have to use a live detox product and colon cleanser.
Juice fasting! Homemade vegetables and fruit juice . Let me warn you that it a lot of work but it gives great results safely and in short period of time.
Detox from what? If you are specifically trying to detox from alcohol or drugs, then there are specific things that can be done, and you may need medical supervision.
If you are talking about eliminating the non-specific toxins that Alties claim people accumulate, then don’t worry, there is no need. Your body, especially the liver, kidneys and intestinal tract have evolved very efficient mechanisms for removing toxins and wast products from your body.
You don’t need to do a fast, or a purge, or go on some whacky water and lemon juice diet. You don’t need to take a colonic. You are more likely to cause damage by these treatments than to cure any non-existent illness.
There are some wonderful suggestions below that are all good; the only thing that I would add is that when doing a cleanse you may want to take a probiotic (acidopholis or similar product). Some cleanses can take a beatten on your stomach. Also, a detox foot bath is very good!

There are various methods to detoxify your body.
There are detox foot pads, detox foot baths, detox diets, etc.
So you can choose whichever is convenient for you.
You can detox on fruit and fiber to clean out your digestive system and give your body the nutrients and vitamins it needs, which will help it detoxify itself. Did you know your body can detoxify itself?
But after living in a polluted environment, or eating processed foods, second hand smoke and whatnot, your body won’t be as effective, so a detox could get it back in shape.
A healthy colon is part of the digestive system, you can eat fruits and vegetables, they ARE good for you, they have fiber that cannot be digest, but that means the fiber just pushes everything inside of you out. Beware of colon cleanses though, your colon has good bacteria that will also be removed and then your body won’t be able to digest in the large intestine, which is a very important part of digesting.
Start eating healthy,exercise to keep your body in shape and be healthy and detoxified. I think you should keep detoxing time after time, but not so often. You may still live in the same place or second hand smoke and do all the things you use to do, or just do them less. But the chemicals and toxins come back.
