How to get a flat abs?
I don’t want a six pack, i just want my abs to be flat, possibly a little toned.
1. how many reps and sets of situps should I do in a day? any other good exercise?
2. Are protein supplemen (whey protein, etc) a MUST?
3. what kind of diet?

you need to incorparate cardio into your workout – its a must so that you burn of that fat which is covering the muscle
for the reps do 3/15 approximately or you can go up to 20 depending of the exercise your doing
your diet needs to be balanced dont cut out anything , cut down the amounts instead
