do you want 6 pack or 12 pack abs. At thirteen, it is not likely to use exercise to do so unless your body fat is higher then it should be for your height and age.
Do some sit ups or get some exercise Equipment and nope it can only make you stronger

It wouldn’t affect your growing at all. I would suggest doing sit-ups and leg lifts on a bar, and if that is too easy do sit-ups with a weight or medicine ball and half-downs instead of leg lifts.
