how to get flat abs in a week and lose weight overall?
i really want to get flat abs fast (less than a week) because i’m going to a really important wedding and i want to look amazing. i have a little stomach that i’ve been working for months, but the fat won’t melt off. i swim and run everyday, what can i do? is there a method to lose A LOT ALOT A LOT of weight fast and get flat abs super uber fast?

1. Your diet is so important. Eat normally – cut out the excess fat (like margarine and cakes & sweets)
2. Do Circuit training 3 times a week. Sledgehammer/van tyre training, Kettle Bell training, skipping rope training, carrying someone from post to post & running back to base. These are the exercises youll get to tone up your abs (as well as your entire body)

Uh how long do you run and swim everyday..cause that does the overall fat loss, crunchs will tone your stomach. There is never a ‘easy solution’ to weight loss..cause it sounds like your doing the right things possibly.
If you are desperate to lose weight faast, then I suggest going on the cabbage soup diet. It claims you could lose anywehre from 10 to 15 pounds in a week. It is not the WORST fad diet, but then again no fad diet is ever really GOOD. You will feel very hungry and the soup gets very boring very fast, but if you stick with it you will shed the pounds (most of which is water weight though, but since you are looking for a quick fix this will do for now) here is the diet that I found posted by another yahoo answer from a question similar to yours (or you could search online for a diff version):
I had to go to a wedding and had to lose 15 or more to fit in my dress and only had a week. Lost it easy. It’s a really hard diet to stick to (even for only a week), but it will work. PLEASE – THIS IS GIVEN ONLY WITH THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT, IN GOOD HEALTH AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPLICATIONS OF ANY DIET WHICH DEPRIVES THE BODY OF ANY TYPE OF NUTRITION! It would be irresponsible for me to suggest this without saying that, however, I’ve asked several doctors, and they both said that they see no reason in the world why this should be unhealthful, and suggest "If it works for you, go ahead!". In Northern California there is a diet that the mental health hospital uses to de-toxify some patients and the combination of these foods take more calories to burn that it gives the body. So you’ll lose more weight than fasting. I’m not kidding either. Along with each day (below), make ahead of time a batch of this disgusting soup: (1 whole onion, 1 whole cabbage, 6 medium tomatoes, 1 package of lipton onion soup mix. Boil until veggies are soft. The more you eat of the above soup, the more weight you’ll lose, and the better you’ll feel at the end. I have a sheet which lists each day, discusses the soup in detail, the nutrition, etc…..and exactly WHY it works, etc…., but don’t have the room here to write it…so if you like, just trust this:
First day: East as much watermelon as you can stuff into your mouth. The more you eat, the more you lose. This first day, mostly gets rid of water. Eat the soup!
Second day: Your body is already super hungry after yesterday, but you will probably be 3lbs lighter by tomorrow morning – so keep it up! The rest of the diet will work by the end, so don’t get discouraged if you’re on day 5 and only lost 4 or 5 lbs. It does catch up! Eat as much green leafy vegetables as possible. Again, as much as you can stuff. Eat the soup at every hunger pain.
Third Day: Eat a combination of the above two days. You must STUFF though…as much as you can (without making yourself sick of course) – SOUP, SOUP, SOUP!!!
Fourth Day: Weird, I know, but eat 6 oz. of lean beef and all the green veggies that you want (not stuff yourself), but until your quite full (but only 6 oz of the beef – any kind). Don’t forget your soup – stuff, stuff, stuff.
Fifth Day: If your still on the diet, you’ve gone farther than most people will. This diet makes you super hungry, because your body thinks it’s not only NOT eating, but even worse….since the foods eaten burn faster than they do when even fasting, it feels even more starved. (this will not hurt you if done once in a while, in fact, I was told by two Doctors, that it’s good for you). Eat 6 more oz of beef and 6 small tomatoes. And of course, as much of the soup as you can manage.
6th day: 4 large bananas and 16 oz of milk – and stuff the soup down!
7th day: Congrats! You should be at minimum of 10lbs lighter now. And you have enough energy to run a marathon, don’t you? Hard, wasn’t it? Ease back into eating and you won’t gain much back, maybe a lb or two, if you watch it. Eat heartily of all the green veggies you want and have 1 cup of brown rice. Ease back on the soup (you’re probably sick of it anywayz)

I tired this for like two days before I got fed up with it, but I lost a couple pounds in just those two days. Hopefully you will lose the weight somehow
there is three main parts to get a flat belly
1- the first most important thing could be your diet which is the way you eat you should be eating food low in calories mostly non greasy food is what you should avoid and start eating lean meat and veggies lots of them and tons of water
2-the second thing is the workout plan you are following you need a plan once you get a plan that fits you follow the plan as it is you search on the internet for this what should be included on the plan is some cardio workout and abs exercise this will burn fat quick and remember give your 100% on every exercise and set a goal for yourself
3- step three would be having patience you wont get a six packs over day and night you could lose ten pound on a month or even more if you work hard and try to get lots of sleep but dint be lazy the point of this whole routine is to make you metabolism faster metabolism burn all calories you take in your body depending on age and High you should be taking a stain amount of calories when you get older your metabolism slows down that’s why you to stay active and go to the gym this increases your metabolism and makes you burn fat faster
While traveling in an elevator instead of just standing there and staring stupidly at the numbers going up or down, try raising your self onto your toes and then back on your feet again. Do this several times. Also try flexing your buttock muscles as well. In fact there are many muscles in our body that we can twitch and flex without inviting the attention of others. Even if others do notice you, it’s no big deal provided you are flexing a muscle in a decent part of the body. (Most of the other parts do not have muscles any way.) Others might brand you as a health freak but it is miles better to be known as a heath freak than as a sack of potatoes.
Turn on music and dance like wild. Let your hair down once in a while. Go back to the days of wild child hood. Close the door of your room, turn on your sound system to the highest volume possible (but a little lower than the level at which your neighbors start to complain) and then do the wackiest dance that you can think of. Jump on your bed and jump off it again. Roll all over the floor. Pretend that you are Michael Jackson or Madonna (you will never see them keeping still) and do ever boogie move that you know.
Try breathing exercises. You might be surprised to know that breathing exercises too can lead to weight loss. If you are doing the breathing exercises properly, you will find that you can exert a lot of pressure on the muscles around the mid section. You can feel a tightening of these muscles each time you breathe in or breathe out. So go ahead and breathe properly, it is good for you.
