i want to know how to get flat abs quick and fast and non stress ful way?

that a hard answer randomly I would say and a meal to your diet $meal a day 2 of which are salads lose the dressin pasta and potatoes but once a week each. Yes your work out 2 miles run twice a day and jump rope three times every day for three weeks.

To show off your abs, you need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering them. To do this you need to go on a calorie restricted diet and do a lot of exercise including cardio and sit ups. The layer of fat will not go away by simply doing sit ups and crunches. If you already have a low body fat percentage than doing situps and crunches will help you. Don’t go crazy with them.
