You get constipation from not enough fiber. Try some Fiber One bars or cereal.
A vegan diet may be necessary
The cure is actually fairly pleasant.
One, be hydrated, all day every day. Drink enough throughout the day that your urine is almost colorless. You don’t have to count glasses or measure. Just have water at hand much of the day. (Coffee and tea do not help with this, BTW.)
Two, eat fiber. Get between 5 and 9 servings of fruit and/or vegetables every day. (Jump-start your digestion with a serving of fruit known to have a mild laxative effect, like prunes, dates, or apples.) When a bread, pasta, pizza crust, bun, roll, or rice is available in a whole-grain version, choose that.
Eat and drink like this every day and you will no longer have this problem. You may even rediscover how good healthy food tastes.
I would take a glass of warm water a squeeze a lemon into and drink while its still warm do this twice a day and it should work within a day or two. Also eat fruits a vegetable especially ones that begin with the letter P. Pears peaches peas. Try prune juice and if you cant stand the taste mix it with some pear juice you can get pear juice in the baby section of the grocery store.

You need to drink a lot of. the best thing to drink is of course water, but also lemon, orange and grapefruit juice are really good.
also you need to provide your body with dietary fiber by eating whole grain bread, fruits and vegetables.
