I want super flat abs, fast if possible. And I’m not just saying that I want them, I am willing to work for them too. Anyone got any ideas. I heard you can drop a medicine ball on your stomach and stuff, but I’m not positive.
I forgot to mention that I don’t have too much trouble with my upper abs, but my lower ones need some help. Also when I eat, my stomach starts to pop out. Anyway to stop this, and no, going anorexic isnt an option.
