I would like to know about colon cleansing how is it done?

I have seen an infomercial on TV that says colon cleansing is good can anyone share if you really do feel better after doing so and tips on how or what forms of colon cleansing there is. Thanks I would appreciate anything you can share!

This is totally unecessary and can create problems.
It is only done as part of a medical proceedure.
The advert you saw is intended to relieve you of your money.
Im pretty sure the doctor just takes a baby bottle brush, ( the one with wire bristles.) And you get on all fours and count to 880 while he dips it in soapy water and drano, and swiftly dips and rotates the brush.
