IBS friendly food at Cheesecake factory?
I have IBS and for my friend’s birthday we’re all going out to Cheesecake Factory. I’ve never been there so I dont know how the food is. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any IBS friendly food i could eat.
I know its an individual thing obviously, I just would like some recommendations.

It depends on what foods trigger a reaction for you. For many people it can be an individual thing.
One of the main causes of IBS is food combining, in other words mixing foods that create and need a lot of hydrochloric acid for digestion and foods that create alkalinity in the body. When you combine foods from these two groups, it can throw your stomach into an uproar.
So to be safe I’d stick to foods that are alkaline in nature. Avoid all the fried foods, I had a time going out and looking at the menu for Cheesecake Factory, but here’s what I could find that looked "safe" Chinese Chicken Salad, the Asian Salad (special weight management salads), the Herb Crusted Salmon & Shrimp Scampi. Believe it or not, lemon is an alkaline causing food, not acidic, as are tomatoes, basil, etc.
Anything with lots of dairy causes an "acid" stomach, so try and avoid combinations of cheese, pastas, and carbohydrates. I found a great chart (see below that helps this).
