You would have pain and cramping high in your stomach and very sharp pain if someone pressed on the right side of your stomach up by your ribcage.
The "attacks" of pain would often happen after eating a fatty meal or a meal of fried foods.
If you think you are having an attack, go see a doctor or if you are experiencing vomiting and severe pain, go to an emergency room.
You would mostly hurt after eating. Certain food will aggravate the condition. If left untreated it will eventually hurt all the time. If you have pain on the right side of your body, close to the bottom of your ribs and / or as far over as your stomach. For me it felt like dull hard ache with some burning sensation. I developed gall stones and they eventually ended up plugging my bile ducts. This made my skin and eyes turn yellow, and poisoned my system. If you think you have gallbladder problems, get to a doctor right away. Your doctor can do an ultrasound or x-rays to check for stones.
