Lemonade Diet???
this question is preferably only for people who have actually tried the diet. i want to lose about 35 pounds on this diet in about 18 days. or just 30 would work. it’s because i have school and i don’t want my stomach rumbling and my teachers getting suspicous about me not bringing my lunch.

im on it for the 2nd time this year (your supossed to do it twice a year) im not sure if itll work THAT well but u will loose weight. i lost about 10 lbs in 6 days last time. you dont really feel hungry u just want to eat if that make sense. just drink the lemonade whenever you feel hungry. you feel really good after the first few days. just stick with it its worth it! and you look and feel better..it helps ur skin and u look skinneir. when i took it to school last time i put it in a lemoande bottle and told people thats wat it was and some people thought i was crazy but its not a big deal its perfectly healthy
what the heck? lemonade diet? why are you dieting if you’re a kid? that’s unhealthy
try the chilidog diet.
I just hope that the lemonade diet doesn’t consist of something along the lines of drinking only lemonade all day for a while to lose weight. Because if it is, you really need to do some research on the right ways to lose weight. You can lose weight by starving yourself, or you can lose it by eating healthy and/or exercising.

The choice is yours.
Citrus fruits have acid which helps in dijesting food espasially fats, if u don’t eat anything and just drink lemonade, the acid will start to effect on your body, i.e. stomach, kidneys, etc, which will badly effect your body.
if you want to go on diet then take raw or boiled vegtables except potato, preferablly carrats, cucumber, radius,
take fruits, daily one apple, orange is a good idea
dry fruits are excelent they give you energy and do not add weight,
u can mix these things, and orange or any other citrus fruit juice will have same effect as lemonade. just don’t add sugar.
Sorry, I’ve never tried the lemonade diet or even heard of it. But anything that promises you’ll loose 35 lbs in 18 days is not only a hoax but really horrible for your body as well. There is no easy way to loose weight. If you are truly serious about slimming down then start working out and eat plenty of wholesome foods like whole grains, lots of fruit, lots of veggies, nuts, seeds and beans. Eat just a little meat here and there and make sure to include some oils such as olive, flax and hemp with your meals. They contain healthy Omega fats that actually aid you in burning the fat stores in your body. There are many different reasons for being over weight but the most common is an over abundance of processed junk/ convenience foods, soda pop (including the diet/ sugar free ones) and being a couch potato. Best of luck, but please be careful and make sure your not just imagining you’re to heavy.
