My cousin was telling me about this diet that requires drinking a lemonade "concoction" of syrup, cayenne pepper, and lemons 6 times a day for ten days. There may be more ingredients, but I haven’t looked that far into it yet. She says Beyonce lost 20 pounds in ten days. Usually I am against fad diets, but I am running short on time to lose 10 pounds. Has anyone heard of this diet? If you have tried it, what is your story?
