Has anyone ever done the lemonade diet or aka the master cleanse and if so what was your experience? I’m on a day two…does it get any better..it is really hard…how much weight did you lose and how did you feel when you were done?
the purpose of this diet is to clean out your system and give your digestive system a break not to lose weight. With all the chemicals and stuff they put in food that your body has a hard time digesting it gives your body a break and helps it to catch up.
