the detox was a green drink,,fruit drink& pureed vegetables daily. if i eat lots of vegetables and fruits will i gain it all back because my metabolism is slow? whats a plan to keep it off or maybe only gain back 5?

I’ve been on a juice fast for a few weeks now & I’m doing pretty good. At least the big belly & cravings are gone, yipppeee!
I’m walking everyday to tighten up b/c i don’t want to have flabby skin from the weight lost.
I know how vegetarians get their protein with solid foods like LEGUMES, GRAINS, Veggie Burgers, milk & things of that nature. But, If you’re on a juice fast (Fruit & Veggies only) how do I incorporate protein within the fast. I’m extracting the juice from a juicer extractor/wheatgrass machine as opposed to a blender.
I know some will say that Vegetarians get their protein from food, just like anyone else but I’m on a juice fast program and I can’t juice certain foods like:
soy foods, tofu, cheese, nuts, beans, whey & soy protein powders, eggs, etc.
SPIRULINA powder is a great source of protein! It mixes well with my green juices and it cleared my skin,but I wanted to know if you know of any other protein sources I can have for my juice fast program.
I generally well (ish – could do better) and I am a healthy weight. I’ve been eating a bit of crap lately and feel sluggish and starchey so before I go on holiday next week I wanted to have a detox week of eating loads of fruit & veg and taking some kind of natural colon cleanser to flush out some of the rubbish. I don’t want to lose weight (though feeling a bit lighter by the end might be nice!) Is this harmful to me, could is disrupt my natural ‘rhythm’ (I’m already a healthy regular)? And can anyone recommend anything for this?

My husband had CT scan for unrelated reason, they ended up seeing a kidney tumor. That doc gave me referral to a urologist, I called & they gave me appt for 3 weeks from now. Is that normal or should I call others and try for an earlier appt?
As most of us know, detoxing is an amazing way of cleansing the body. I know theres soo many products out there that promise you these great results, but do they work? I’m currently researching bout detoxing systems and how the body benefits from it. I’d like to know whether you’ve tried a product & what your results were before & after using it. Did you have weight gain, over-sweating, body odor, bad skin, or hair loss? What would you say is the best product?
Was the product costly or was it a good bargain?

I’ve recently had a ultrasound & ct scan that showed that I have both kidney stones and ovarian cysts. There are small cyst in my left ovary and there’s more kidney stones in my left kidney. Is there a link between kidney stones and ovarian cysts? Could something cause both of them?
My dog is a 9 year old Pug and weighs 21 lbs. We just took him to the Vet and we found out he has a few kidney stones. The surgery is ,000 and we can not afford it right now.
Any home remedies or supplements I could give to him would be very helpful.

Yeah, I can take care of my dog quite well actually. Which is why i’m trying to do this for him. I’d much rather keep him & take care of him instead of having no money for him or my family. But thanks for your opinion.

I always thought of does abs as the sexy feminine kind that most victoria secrets model carry, that im so jealous of . But every work out i do i cant get these type of abs. So what is good diet of food and workout that would at least get me to that, i mean i got a little muscle but its doesn’t show up side way or sticks out a lot lol =P.

I can eat just meat&change to be worse,when i eat my drugs.
My 15 yrs old nephew is under treatment for ulcerative colitis & taking ‘Ramicaid’ through IV,Doctor is not much specific about his food and drink intake.What kind of food and drink he should not eat?Tomatoe or other vegetable soup are good for him?Anyone have really a good suggestion for him?Thanks in advance.

Since, in India one Doctor was arrested for doing kidney operation and sold them to some Arab & Europeon countries. The duty of the Govt. to fix a rate for this and let them donate the kidney in a proper manner, to save hundreds of their fellow humans.
If so, just wondering how it works. There is a person selling them on ebay & the feedback sounds promising. Lot of people said they’ve lost weight on these.
