i’ve heard about it but im scared to try it because when you pass a bowel movement it comes out like a looong string. i saw pictures and it was pretty gross. its also gross to still have that in you. has anyone ever tried a colon cleanser? what happened? some of the reason i want to try it is to lose a few pounds off my mid section. it’s bad to have fat there because its near your heart so i want to be healthier also

I bought the 3 week long colon cleanser by GNC and I don’t think it worked. I didn’t lose a single pound and my bowel movements didn’t look any different and were not more often, it didn’t feel like anything changed. My skin didn’t clear up, my stomach did not become visibly smaller, and I didn’t feel like I had more energy. I want to take another colon cleanser but don’t know if it’s safe. Can someone help?

Hi, I’ve made a new years resolution to lose weight and have heard that colon cleansers can help in losing weight. I workout, Eat 4 to 6 times aday and Im going through a colon cleanser right now. I’ve had stomach problems ever since I was a kid. I’ve had bowel movements once in the past 8 days. I’ve always tried an Enema. Nothing is working.

I have been feeling tired and sluggish, having allergy problems, as well as skin breakouts so I am going to try to detox and get a colon cleanser. after two semesters of caffeine, fast food, no sleep, work and school, I think it would be a spectacular idea.
