It’s a 2-day liquid formula and the GNC dude said it would clean out my boyfriend’s and my liver, blood, and colon. Well, isn’t something supposed to come out? If anything, I haven’t been able to poop at all. Sorry for the crudeness. We asked him about a colon cleansing pill that makes everything come out in the toilet but he said if thats what we wanted then we should do this instead. Well, it’s been 2 days of drinking the 2-day bottles and nothing is happening to either one of us. What’s the hold up? Or is it a bad product? Everyone has recommended it so i assumed the sh*t would work.

My son has a tournament in a few days and I’m a bit concerned about him meeting his weight. Even with chewing vitamin C pills and cutting back on eating I recon he’ll still be a bit too heavy. Colon cleansing seems like it’ll take off a few extra pounds for the weigh in. Any ideas?

Hey, so I decided that I wanted to take like a colon cleansing or detox sort of product to kick start my diet and excerise plan, does anybody have any idea which ones are good and which was scams?! Because there are so many scam ones that claim to make you lose weight and celebrities are using it and so on, but I much more interested in actually cleaning my colon from toxins and helping regulate my digestive track. Like going to see a naturopathic doctor, doing a detox diet, getting colon cleansing, doing an elimination diet, etc.? What were the results? I am 29 and am still plagued by acne and NOTHING I’ve tried has helped, including all the over-the-counter acne cleansers. I need to try something else.

I have been very prepared to get my first colonoscopy over with this morning. However, I began the mandatory colon cleansing around 6 pm last night and experienced no bowel movement whatsoever. I followed the MoviPrep instructions exactly and absolutely nothing. I heard that the average person has anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds of fecal matter build up inside their colon! (YUCK) and that a colon cleansing can get rid of that. Is that true or just junk science?
