But at the same time, I am doing a colon cleanse. I already took my colon cleanse pills, but I have not eaten breakfast yet. Im afraid that If I take my vitamin with my meal and I end up having a bowel movement, that will be a waste of my multivitamin and i will end up having to take another one today.

I am currently taking macrogol [not daily] and it DOES make me defecate fully but I know it’s probably damaging for the bowel especially a wrinkled up state of a bowel which mine likely is.

Can you give me suggestions for a good cleanser for a slow transit colon?
If I don’t clear it all out the tapeworm/s will take over [I see bits in stool and can't tell if it's food stuff or worm segments but I guess it's the latter] like some B-Movie or SciFi Horror film.
I also should probably take it to shrink my megacolon back to size. I still have a distended abdomen despite having gone nearly every 2-3 days. [I never go daily] and am very concerned I will develop TOXIC megacolon if I don’t have that already…

I had a quite dreadful experience with a colonic cleanser but, it has to be done.
So suggestions! Please.

Let me add I am about 35lbs over weight and I take garlic, cranberry,cod liver, vitamin b, cinnamon, cyanne pepper and a colon cleanse natural herbal suppliment every day in addition to the food. Today I had 1 cup boiled broccoli, a cup of beef bullion that I added raw mushrooms too, a total of 3 cups white rice (over the course of the day) a chicken tender that was grilled and seasoned with taco seasoning, and a bowl of tomato soup that i mixed milk and 1 pat of butter into. Ive had 2 glasses of water 3 glasses of lemon water with honey and 2 cups instant black coffee with about a half a spoon of honey.. Is this healthy and will this diet cause weight loss in addition to being kind to my tummy?
