I have both, and I’ll admit, I am not following the diet plan at all. And my…poop…. is like messed up. It’s either constipation or the runs. Most of it is my fault. ‘Cause I usually hold it. Can i eventually die from this…?

my baby is almost 2 weeks old lately she has been getting hard poops but not hard enough where you cant squish them (in the diaper of course) is this constipation? what can i do about this?
ok so i know that constipation is when stools are HARD and difficult to pass but mine arent hard at all theyre just to big and it hurts when it trys to stretch the anus. is this a different kind of constipation or what? what should I do?

My dr. gave me bisacodyl to help with constipation after seeing it in an Xray. They are 5 mg tablets and he told me to take 4 pills at once, i am a little scared because everything i have looked up on it says 10mg is the most you should take in a 24 hour period. Is my dr. an idiot or is he right?

I’m breast feeding exclusively. I’ve tried giving him water. The solids I’m giving him are pears, peach, apples with prune juice. – All things that are supposed to help with constipation, but yet he still struggles to get his poos out. He cries like it hurts, and it’s quite hard when it comes out. Any suggestions to help make it softer? I’ve asked the dr and the nurse but they weren’t much help.

My poor 10 week old daughter is suffering from constipation and putting Karo Syrup in every bottle doesn’t help too much. Any suggestions on what type of formula causes less constipation?
She is on GentleEase and the Dr. said we could give her Karo Syrup (not how often though) and he said not to put extra water in her bottle because then she would be missing out on calories from the formula. And her poop is hard and she really stuggles to go 
I have had constipation for over 4 months and I have ignored it until 2 weeks ago. I went to the doctor today and the nurse told the doctor "He could be blocked up."
