What is going on inside of your body that is doing this?
Every hour at night for the past month while sleeping about 3 ounces of wet diarrhea comes out and you can barely make it to the toilet fast enough, why doesn’t it all just stay in your body and then come out one time during the day, why a little bit every hour, so that your going to the bathroom around 15 times per night ?

I have IBS the diarrhea form that has caused me to eat a lot less, and what i do it literally goes through me withing 20 minutes of eating it. The only thing is, I’ve been putting weight on instead of losing weight. Is this normal? Also, could IBS interfere with my menstrual cycle?

Would it be likely to develop IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) at a age of 10? I have had random bouts of diarrhea since then. I also have brain fog and slow reactions. I am 14 now.

My other guess is that I might have Fructose Malabsorption, as I have read somewhere that this can develop at any stage of your life.

So which one do you think is most likely the case?

Well anytime I eat a whole meal I have diarrhea really bad and a horribly upset stomache. I just want to know what those 2 things are. I know what IBS kind of is but not much about celiac though. Thanks so much for any help

In a few weeks I’m going on vacation and I’m worried because my bowel movements are on a schedule pretty much, and when they get confused they cause gas issues and diarrhea. Any help or ideas how to prevent this?

i’ve had tummy aches my entire life, hard core intense diarrhea, gas, bloating, pain pain and more pain, bloody stoles, the works… but i’ve noticed that i can time out my attacks by my getting physically and mentally exhausted before an attack, AND Angry and irritable, the anger and irritability is getting in the way of family and friends sometimes, and i’m wondering if it’s a normal thing ? thanks, if you need me to add more i can just ask

i went in to donate plasma and they asked if i had diarrhea regularly. i do have it semi regularly so i went and got a doctor to check it out. he just said (after a stool sample etc.) that i just have slight IBS. the plasma center then said i couldn’t give… why is this?

I had extra cheese pizza last night and had diarrhea. Also I get alternating constipation and diarrhea most of the time even when I don’t eat dairy.

I know that eating a diet high in fiber helps. But are there any other ways that I can help my symptoms? I don’t necessarily have any trigger foods because I’ll get the stomach cramps/diarrhea regardless of what I eat or whether I eat and everything seems to feel the same. So if you have any tips to deal with it, then please share.

i have been suffering with IBS Diarrhea for almost 8 years. It got better when I got on antidepressant’s but I have finally gotten off them. I do not want to end up back on that horrible drug just b/c of my tum so I have decided to start keeping an eye on my diet and trying natural products to see if they help.

so has anyone had success with Psyllium Husk? Thanks.

I just started it yeterday..
All I had to eat yesterday was a robeks shake for lunch, a plate of macoroni salad for dinner..

Today all I had so far was a slimfast shake and I blended frozen fruit in it.

Why do i have diarrhea?

I would think my body would be thanking me for not feeding it fast food and soda.

I am taking Bentyl 10 mg (dicyclomine) and I’ve heard that Imodium is sometimes too harsh for the intestine. Is this true? What can I take to stop the diarrhea, or should I just wait it out? I think stress triggered this particular episode, as I am in the process of moving away from my husband.

Looking for answers to help me please. My small intestine was knicked 3 times during a laparoscopic surgery 8 mths ago. I am having major problems still with diarrhea and severe cramping. About a foot of my small intestine was removed where the surgeon knicked it. How long does it take before things start working normally?

For the past 2-3 weeks I have been experiencing nausea without throwing up or diarrhea and I also have not had a fever. I went to the doctor yesterday and she thinks it might be my gall bladder. I go to have an ultrasound done tomorrow. I am really nervous. Has anyone experienced this or seen this much in young women?
Also I wanted to add that I’m not overweight and have never had any children or any other health problems so far. The only thing I can say is that I don’t eat like I should all the time.
