I don’t want a six pack, i just want my abs to be flat, possibly a little toned.
1. how many reps and sets of situps should I do in a day? any other good exercise?
2. Are protein supplemen (whey protein, etc) a MUST?
3. what kind of diet?

I’m just wondering if these are actually safe to use and if so where could I purchase the pills/kit/whatever it is. I’ve read that they’re great for a person who is just starting out a diet. Kind of like "flushing" your system out, like rebooting your computer LOL Anybody with any info is welcome! =]

I’ve meet this girl that competes in body building, but now she can’t because of a gallbladder disease. She has to have surgery to remove them as she has gallbladder stones. She is very lean, muscular, probably more then the average male, and this could have simply came from diet and exercise alone. Yet, she is still feminite.
I asked her if she ever taken steroids and she says "no". My question is then, is it likely that steroids could have cause this, or increased the risk, as I am still suspicious? I have feelings for her, but don’t want to be involved if she is really doing such.

I want to do a colon/body detox, (not so much the diet kind, but the kind that you drink something and it flushes out toxins). But my concern is i am on Adderall (20mgs extended release), so i’m wondering is that safe?

I have been suffering from gall bladder problems for about 3 years now. When it first started happening, I didn’t getting the vomiting so when I went to the ER because I seriously thought I was having a heart attack, the ER doctor said I had Pulisi (sorry, I can’t spell that), inflammation of the chest lining. Of course the minute I lose my health insurance, the symptoms worsened and the vomiting began. I ended up going to a "free" clinic of sorts, where they ran tests and said I did have gall bladder stones, and it really should be removed, but there is no way without my insurance to have it done.
I have tried to keep it under control with diet. But I still get the flair ups about once a month or so. I can usually tell within about 5 minutes of eating something, if I’m going to have a flair up within that night.
Last night I put my fork down and said, tonight is going to be one of those nights. So we are wondering if there is anything that can help reduce the pain.

What are foods that should be "cut out" of my diet.

I am CONSTANTLY in the bathroom. At first I was thinking that it was just my period. But I have been keeping a closer eye on it, and it seems to be all the time. I haven’t changed my diet at all. The only difference in anything is that I had a baby in December. But this didn’t start until February or March. Could it be IBS all of a sudden?
I have no medical insurance.

I read that the disease is often life long, but would like to know if anyone has made a change in their life or something happen to them in which they feel might of helped get rid of their IBS. Not really looking towards answers that point in the diet direction here

I am not really that fat. I am 5’5" and weigh 120 lbs. I have some belly fat and i want to get rid of it so that i can get a six pack. What should i do? Do you have any suggestions for a 5 small meal per day diet that would get rid of my belly fat.

I just want a flatter stomach. I’m already thin but sometimes my stomach is bigger from bloating. As far as I know I don’t have any real problems with my bowels or digestion. I could use the extra fiber, too as I don’t get enough in my daily diet.

I have a real problem every time I try a diet of it making me very ill.
With migraines I cannot skip meals and become ill if I go too long without eating.
With iritable bowel syndrome cutting down on food only promotes agony later.
Cutting down on just a few hundred calories is very hard. Has any one got any weight loss advice for me?

Were there any side effects that you had?
Would it work if you did it for 3 days just to start for the first time?
What if I have to take something for a headache? Will that interfere?

OK….I don’t want to try it to lose weight…I don’t need to…This "diet" is more to detox the body not to loose weight….I know how to lose weight in a healthy way….Just want to detox…………..
