I’m doing the Master Cleanse right now and I checked the internet last night and realized that I’ve been using Grade A maple syrup instead of Grade B. Also, this morning, I used lime juice instead of lemon juice.
Will these slight changes affect the diet?

Since around February 6th to now I have been experiencing Abdominal pain(especially on lower left and right abdomen), bowel changes( constipation, diarrhea, normal), nausea(on occasion). I went to the pediatrician doctor February 18 and took a blood and urine test and nothing was wrong. Doctor suggested I just had a stomach bug that would pass quickly. I went to my university doctor March 17 and was told it most likely was irritable bowel syndrome or lactose intolerance but she was not sure and told me to see a gastreontologist (stomach doctor).
I wanted to get more information from others with IBS. I am 18 and female. I have lost weight(3 lbs) from changing my diet. Just recently( a week) I completely changed it to mostly soluble fiber and insoluble and practically no milk. I feel like my symptoms happen so often that it cannot be IBS.
Is this IBS or something else?

I am going to start a new diet and exercise program, and I want to flush my system. I do not know what to use? I don’t want to have to run to the bathroom every 5 minutes with pain and cramps, but I do want an internal flush. Anyone know what I can take to flush my system, say in a weekend?

I fell off the healthy wagon for Christmas and someone suggested doing a cleanse before jumping back into my diet and exercise routine. I’ve never done one so I don’t know which are good/effective and what exactly i should expect from doing one. any advice/suggestions would be great, thanks in advance

i started this diet, and was on my 8th day when i noticed the white of my eyes turning yellow. i know this has to do with my liver, but i wasnt sure if it was a part of the cleanse. has this happened to anyone who has tried the diet???
it was woring great and i feel like my body was really going through a detox of sorts, but i havent read anywhere online about the yellow eyes.
i know this can be a sign of jaundice- but i wouldnt think that would happen during the cleanse…
help!!
i initially went on this diet to cleanse and to detox my body. i wasnt really doing it to lose weight. i have had high cholesterol since i was little, its more of a genetic thing, but i wanted to see if this cleanse would lower it.

I had diarrhea at the beginning of the month that lasted about a day. Two weeks later, I had the exact same symptoms. Now, about two weeks after THAT, I have the same thing again. The first time I thought it was food poisoning, and the second time I was less sure, and now I’m totally boggled. The things I’m eating now aren’t any different than I’ve been eating my whole life, and I can’t distinguish my diet between the times I have diarrhea and the times I don’t. Any ideas?

I’ve seen numerous dermatologists, I’ve done accutane twice, I did every antiobiotic and topical prior to that. I’ve even done a totally organic diet with liver flushes and bowel cleanses, to no prevail-all because I was that desperate. What can I do? I really don’t know what to do. Please help, I’m at the end of the tunnel.
I’ve done facials as well and don’t include the things you said in my diet with the exception of oil. The only oil I take in is EVOO or canola oil.
The accutane cleared up cystic acne which I never get anymore. But no matter what I do (benzoyl peroxide over night, salicylic acid, moisturize, don’t moisturize, etc) my acne won’t go away. I don’t even really have that oily of skin, that’s what I don’t understand. And yes, like I said, I’ve seen numerous derms, and everytime I ask if it’s something else and everytime I never get a clear answer, they just say it’s acne and want to prescribe Accutane. I think they just do it so they don’t have to think or do anything at all. I just really need to get this fixed b/c when i was a teenager it didn’t bother me so much b/c, well, I was a teenager and all teenagers are supposed to get acne. Now I’m about to turn 23 and look worse than teenagers that are in my college classes from the local high school.

i’m about to start a diet with no red meat, just fish, grain, fruits and vegetables. For a while I’ve been feeling "irregular" and I’ve been eating a decent amount of fiber every day. What is the best way (besides a colonoscopy) to cleanse my system?

My friend is doing this 3 day detox plan where on the first day you eat only protein. Every two hours from the time you wake up, you mix in a certain amount of protein into water. And the hour inbetween you drink a large amount of water. Your only solid meal for the first day is a 3-6 cup veggie salad with grilled chicken, fish or turkey. The second and third day you eat fruit every two hours from the time you wake up with water for the hour inbetween fruit servings with the same salad on both the 2nd and 3rd nights
This three day diet claims you loose up to 10 pounds and when my friend did it the first time she lost 6 which isnt bad at al! But what is the likelyhood that this weight stays off? It seems like too short of time to loose that much weight and keep it off!

My beloved Binney was diagnosed with kidney disease just yesterday. The doc said she has less than a couple of months to live. I’m devastated and would like to make her remaining days easier on her – and her kidneys. Is there some sort of specialized diet I can provide? I would prefer something natural and organic.
Please I’m desperate and if there is something in the local farmer market that helps, include that too!
