I have a friend who is on probation. He took a drug test on a Monday and failed. He said that supposedly he had to go in Friday at 5 and that he was gonna either stay the weekend or 21 days. I looked up inmate records and his record and it didn’t show anything new about violating probation or anything. Also, friends told me they think he skipped out and now is in hiding. Can some one please tell me about violating probation, and what happens if he really did skip out?

I just started a commission only job in California selling door to door telecommunication packages. It’s strange that I previously worked at a national retail chain before which I had a drug test – paid by the employer. But these people now want to charge the employee – for a background check (which I seriously doubt that they really did), and for the drug test. These are some big bucks for someone having to do this kind of job.

i bought assure detox from gnc and i was wondering when i should take it to pass a drug test tommorow. should i take it 4 hours prior to the drug test or should i take it tonight. i couldn’t find any good instructions anywhere else. i weigh about 190 pounds and have 8 percent body fat. i took xanax saturday and the test is tommorow i threw up later about 2 hours after i took two bars could that help

I have an interview with Blockbuster in oregon on thursday and I think I have a good chance at getting the job. The only problem is I hear that Blockbuster hair tests. I very rarely smoke but i have in the last month and that would show up on the drug test if it was a hair test. Do they hair test or piss test or even test at all. Please help!

I want to know how hospitals/dr determine who to drug test at the time of their child’s birth. The reason I ask is because I as told that medicaid patients have to be tested by law and that seems to me like they are discriminating on mother’s on well fare. I have experience as a social worker and have had many clients ask this question to me. Even my supervisors could not answer the question.

I only smoke weed, and I usually just do that on the weekends. I’m not sure when I’m going to have to take the drug test, but I’m expecting a call from a place on Monday, and because it’s just telemarketing I’m pretty sure it’s a sure thing.

I applied at Target and got the job, right after the intervierw they sent me straight to the drug testing facility.
