If poppy seeds are a drug, why don’t people become addicted to them? Is there a way to distinguish poppy seeds and actual drugs in a person’s system on a drug test?
Ok we have drug test at school and when they give you the cup they ask if you have had any over the counter drugs in the past 72 hours or anything like that. So does that mean that the drug test only picks up what you have done in the past 3 days? So if i smoked weed a week before the drug test it wouldnt show up?
Certainly pilots have been given speed type drugs to help them stay alert so what is the use of a drug test?
What about proof. This isn’t a court of law. I don’t need proof here. Everybody knows it happens.
Pharmacutical togh it may be there is no such thing as a free lunch and if they take stimulants it could lead to operational errors, friendly fire, colateral damage.

Okay, okay, yes I know that NOT doing drugs is the surest way. Quit being judgemental a**holes and stating the obvious. I’m looking for serious answers. Obviously I’ve already smoked pot, and the test is next week. There’s no use in telling me "well, if you never smoked in the first place", unless, of course, you like sounding like a snooty do-gooder who has nothing to do but look down your nose at me.
I know you’re supposed to down some the night before, then pee… then the day of the drug test… but how many hours before it should I drink it?
Don’t tell me that I should stop using drugs.

I thought i was going to have a drug test today but it turns out that they postponed it. I have my friends urine in a condom because i was planning on using that for the test. Will the urine go bad. I know that it has to be a certain temperature for a drug test but i have a way of cheating that. I know i shouldnt do drugs, so please just help me out with my question instead of giving me a lecture about drugs. Thank you.
My boyfriend is in a drug treatment program, drug court. He has to take a 72 hour drug test tomorrow morning (tuesday) and he drank Saturday night. He did not do any drugs, he just drank. My question is, can he pass it if he drinks shit loads of water and cranberry juice?? Does this 72 hour drug test thing even detect alcohol? Or is it just drugs that it detects?
My system is currently not clean (marijuana) but my doctor wanted me to provide a urine sample at a physical I just had. My parents are very suspicious of drug use. If they requested the doctor to test for drugs, would he be able to tell my parents, despite doctor/patient confidentiality, given that I am a minor?
I ask this mainly because I used to see a psychologist and I learned through a slip-up that he had been telling my dad everything I told him. None of the info was life threatening.

YES, I know smoking is dangerous. YES, I know all of marijuana’s negative side-effects. Thing is, I’ve been on 7 or 8 medications for migraines and THEIR chronic use has caused me to have heart problems. Please, I don’t need a lecture.
A couple days ago I took two hits of marijuana out of a pipe… other than that I have not used any drugs in the past month. If I need to take a drug test for a job within the next week will I test possitive? If yes, how can I increase my chances of testing negative?

I am only a size 3 but I have enough belly fat to make me look like I am 3-4 months pregnant. I wear low rise jeans so the fat is only in the belly. Crunches and sit-ups DON’T help at all. I can’t take any of the belly fat burners they sell over the counter, because they mess with my heart. I have heard that studies show women with belly fat have a higher risk of heart disease. My brother died at 29 of a massive heart attack. Heart disease already runs in the family. I want to lower my risk. HELP!!! I am skinny everywhere except my belly.
Like I said, I am skinny everywhere but my gut. No health probs, but certain drugs give me heart palpatations. I have awesome leg and arm muscles, and everyone says I don’t eat enough. So I don’t know what causes the belly fat. I don’t want to lose the weight, just the fat. I am not overweight by any stretch of the imagination. Can stress cause it? Thank you for the advise so far.
I’m referring to food and diet, not to rid myself of drugs. I have put on 10 lbs and am feeling like crap. I’d like a 14 or 21 day detox/flush of some sort that will clean me out and help me feel better.

I just found out that I failed a pre-employment drug test. I have never done drugs. Also I was not told what the test came back positive for. I don’t take any prescriptions besides my birth control. How can this be?
I was not given any warning about anything that could cause a false positive. I was not told anything about the drug test at all. The only thing I can think of that I may have taken is nightime cold medicine or sleeping pills. Or ate spices or seseme seeds on italian bread. None of these were that close to the test either.
I recently got hired for a new job after 5 months of being unemployed, but I have to take a drug test. I don’t smoke, drink, do drugs, or anything else. But ever since I saw the Seinfeld when Elaine failed because of the poppyseed bagel I’ve been kind of paranoid because I’m the person who feels that everything bad happens to them.
