I was recently diagnosed with an uric kidney stone and I am not sure if I can still take liquid l-carnitine before exercise. Can anyone help?? Would l-carnitine hurt my kidneys?
P.S. I am not taking any supplements other than l-carnitine 30 min before exercise.
I know that exercise and a diet is one way. I work at FedEx so I’ve got the exercise down but battling the diet. I’m just in need of another way to help get rid of the cellulite and stretch marks.

Just wondering if anyone has a favorite butt toning exercise…or if anyone knows how to make cellulite disappear? I have heard that cellulite is genetic to a point…and I have tried a lot of exercises to tone up and make cellulite less noticeable, and I eat pretty healthy (with the exception of splurges now and than) but I still have this problem. Any suggestions would really help! Thanks!

I’m looking to detox my body from the impacted meats and air born microbes that I’m sure are jammed in there. I’m looking for a natural detox to do at home (forget the water and Juice fasting techniques). Herbal drugs are are okay, but I’m not going to spend on some chalky detoxing crap that pot smokers use to pass urine tests.
Now I eat pretty healthy, drink around 60oz of water a day and exercise about 4 times a week. But I know I have impacted stuff in there, and looking to break it up, and I’ve been getting sick more often lately, so just looking for a "body restart"

Over the past few weeks I have been eating a lot of junk food and have developed a little bit of cellulite on my arms. Since then I have removed all fatty foods from my diet and have been doing arm squats and running (and more exercise in general). Is there anything else I should do to speed up the process of getting rid of the cellulite? (I have a party coming up at the end of june). Thanks.

Hi, I know that spot reduction is near impossible and the way to make lower belly fat go away is to diet and exercise to lower your bodies overall body fat. Does diet factor into losing lower belly fat? Seem to me that it shouldn’t. How can some foods biochemically affect only the belly fat. I have a degree in biology so please try to explain in a way that follows scientific logic, thanks
I’m doing the lemonade diet for health purposes and I just want to know some opinions, advice, testimonials, etc. I’ve done diet after diet, and exercise after exercise, but with a nervous system disorder exercises hurt and I believe in cleanses and things like this so I’m going to give it a try.
