Does drinking a lot of apple juice negatively affect your liver? My liver feels uncomfortable after I drank a couple glasses of apple juice in the last few days. I researched it and it seems like this is called "liver cleansing". I am not sure if I should get this checked out or not since it is somewhat uncomfortable. I have been using the bathroom plenty in the last few days as well. Which makes me think that it is "liver cleansing".

My son has a tournament in a few days and I’m a bit concerned about him meeting his weight. Even with chewing vitamin C pills and cutting back on eating I recon he’ll still be a bit too heavy. Colon cleansing seems like it’ll take off a few extra pounds for the weigh in. Any ideas?

Trying to cut out sugars, processed stuff, wheat, etc. for a few days because i’ve been feeling gross and achy. Realize it would be helpful to cut back on smoking cigarettes and shisha but don’t really feel like it. How much less intense would my detox be if I didn’t? Also, what about marijuana? – would that have a negative effect on the diet as well or does it not really matter?

I had alot of pain a few days ago, and they told me i had a stone in my gall bladder and had to remove it the following day, the whole few days i was in the hospital they probably injected morphine in me about 9-10 times, so is it normal to feel depressed afterwards, as an after effect or comedown?

I have a bad pain in my right ribs, i figure this is my gall bladder and it is due to me eating nothing but high fat food over the last month during the festive season.

It really hurts but not deadly pain. I DON’T want to go to the Doctors and think it will pass if i lay off the junk for a few days.

What do you think? Do you think i will be ok to wait for 24 hours and see how i go? I read that you can make a veggie soup / juice to help.

My mom lives 4 states away. I go and visit her 1nce a year, at least for the past few years. She was advised by her doctors a few years ago to have a colonoscopy and she did not. She calls me a few days ago crying and upset because she feels she doesn’t have anyone to go with her, no one that cares about her, except my 80 year old grandmother, and she is scared that she will go into the office/hospital and "not come out". Her brother died a few years ago from internal bleeding, he went in and didn’t come out, his problems were way worse than hers. Anyway, it is very difficult for me to get away from my life and responsibilities if my mom is freaking out for no reason. All the pages I’ve read on the internet don’t seem too scary. Is she overeacting or could there be a big scare that could happen to her during the procedure that I should be there for?

i asked a question a few days ago about they dr recomending a colonoscopy after finding a large mass… she thinks its colon cancer… ok my question is she refered me to a gastroligist how ever you spell that and now its a week later tomorrow is my appointment they said the first app whith him was just going to talk what does that mean is he going to want to poke me down there too?? and how long after the first app with him till i do the colonoscopy????

My boyfriend got a job working for my dad and my parents knew he smoked pot but they thought he quit (which he did for a month) so now his drug test is coming up in a few days but hes back to using pot. and its important for him to pass so i need a good way to beat a drug test. I just had emergency surgery last night and I am training for my very first marathon and don’t want to be out too long.
