i’ve just got my cast off a couple weeks ago and before i had the cast on i was in amazing shape but now i’m kind of out of shape. i want to know what u can do at home to lose lower stomach fat and how i can get my flat abs and hard stomach back!

i know "abs are made in the kitchen". what foods should i be eating to get flat abs? Also, is doing a ton of different types of ab exercises everyday more effective or doing a couple of super effective ab exercises every other day more helpful? if so, what exercises should i be doing? I would like advice from an experienced girl to help. thank you.

for a long time ive had weight problems, it wasnt actually that bad, but i had some belly fat. ive always wanted flat abs and ive tried doing 100 sit ups per day for about 3 months ! sometimes i lift dumbells too, i am 12 years old, 143 pounds and 5’4. Can anyone please tell me how to get flat abs and lose all of my fat? Because school is starting in a month and i want to have them within about 1 month to 2 months, how can i get them?

okay so school starts in two weeks and i reeeeally want flat toned abs. I have field hockey practice mon-sat seven to ten thrity the practice involves sprints running conditioning all of that, what should and shouldnt i be eating? and what other workouts can i do to get flat abs besides crunches and planks?

hi.. im 15 years old, 5’7, and 135 lbs.
i’m not fat by any means, but i do have pretty big thighs and some fat on my stomach. what are some excersises i could do to reduce the fat on my thighs, and burn fat of my stomach? also, i just read in a magazine that not everyone can have flat abs. is this true? i hope not, but i want to know for sure anyways!

ok.. i had a c section about 6 months ago from by baby…(he was stuck in my cervix) well ive been doing crunches but i dnt see much of a difference like before i was pregnant! i was in good conditions and NOW! everything i use to do is just not doing it! some one please tell me how can i make this work and get flat abs asap!
